We begin our menu of meat for Christmas 2018 with a delicious appetizer and elegant: fried mushrooms with a fresh yogurt sauce. Serve in cartoccetti of bread paper, to give an original touch to the evening.

The first that I propose is a wonderful lasagna with pumpkin and sausage: colorful, tasty and easy to prepare, also ahead. It has a soft and delicious taste that will surely like everyone.

For the main course I bring in Sicily and I propose a tasty Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with dried tomatoes and cheese: you can prepare in advance and cook the fillets on the top or simply reheat. Is’ a second perfect meat to accompany a buttery mashed potatoes.

The outline of this menu may actually also be served as an appetizer or as a plate of half: and the parmigiana pumpkin, very tasty, complete with cheese and crispy bacon.

Finally, the sweet: I chose the Belgian chocolate pudding, creamy and intense, I recommend that you serve with red fruit and whipped cream. The perfect dessert before the toasts.
