We arrived at the end of the menus that I drew up for the holiday of 2015. After the time of that vegetarian, the menu of Meat and to fish, today is the turn of my favorite, the creative menu. Five simple but refined, fish and vegetables with an eye for unusual or slightly original combinations. Are some of the dishes that I loved most this year, from easy potato soup with mussels and clams to the risotto which has a very particular taste played on acidity and sweetness, until salmon, with the spicy garlic and the softness of the avocado. What about sweets? Are my favorite dish desserts: from good Sicilian could only be the variation of cannoli and a soup of oranges from Sicily.
