Hello, are Mimma, I just recently a fellow Sicilian, I adore and I love cooking, Why coming often in Sicily I fell in love with several vs.. delicacies, among all “the arancine”!!! I recently visited a site: Arancinotto.com who sells molds to make arancini (expensive!!!!) but the Sicilians I know they get a laugh: The arancine you make by hand. But how to give the shape of a PEAR??? I look forward to hearing new and thanks x the wonderful Sicilian recipes that I find in your blog. Mimma
Mimma Hello and thank you very much! Then the arancine PEAR are easy but more to look at than to say … you have to make a move with hands closer on the fingers and less on the Palm. A sort of triangulation… I guess I do first to make a video and put it online…
