500 grams of fresh peas have been cleaned
extra virgin olive oil as required
2 spring onions
1 piece of Leek
vegetable broth as required
fresh mint as required (or Mint)
fresh chives as required
4 tablespoons sour cream (Click here for the recipe) or crème fraiche
salt and pepper
