Dish a breeze, cool, dietary and spicy. You want more? Here's the skewers of chicken paprika with a yogurt sauce flavored with cucumber, accompanied by avocado. Ingredients for 4 people (2 skewers about to head):

  • 800 grams of chicken breast slices

Cut the slices of chicken in many strips, lengthwise, centimeter thick and put them in a bowl to marinate with olive oil, the juice of two lemons, the leaves of lemon thyme, the paprika and chilli. Put it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

For the sauce, blend the cucumber and mix in a bowl the yogurt with the lemon juice and cucumber juice: adjust the amount of liquid you add, because the sauce should be smooth but not liquid. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate.

Thread the chicken strips in the wooden skewers to form of ' small serpents’ chicken and brush them with a little oil.
