Cream and yogurt with cherries and cinnamon. Then, this is a really smart sweet, sly, because it can be prepared in 15 minutes: I only say that I have prepared this creamy cup to my partner for Sunday breakfast after rising by an improvised, and that I prepared in 10 minutes, little more than the waiting time for my coffee. Whipped Cream (2 minutes), yogurt, puffed rice cookies crumbled and cherries mix the vegetables (less than 10 minutes): 3 minutes to compose the whole and good breakfast!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 ml of cream
- 250 grams of thick Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar (If you like sweeter increased the dose)
- a tablespoon of vanilla extract
for cherry compote
- 200 grams of cherries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- cinnamon as required
for the composition of the dish
- 8 biscuits rice or other type Grancereali very crispy biscuits
- a few leaves of fresh mint
Wash the cherries, denocciolarle and put them in a pan with the sugar and cinnamon: cook them 5-10 minutes over high heat, until a fairly thick syrup forms. Put them in the refrigerator a few minutes.
Meanwhile, Whip the cream with the sugar and then add the greek yogurt and vanilla extract, mixing with a motion from top to bottom until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Crumble in the bottom of 4 bowls cookies, pour over a spoonful of cream and then a cherries and repeat the operation with another spoonful of cream and finally with cherries and their syrup. Garnish all with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
