Goat cheese balls with herbs and spices

Incoming guests, you have little time to cook or just little desire? Here is a simple and light cocktail, that will please everyone: balls of fresh goat cheese with chives, White Sesame Seeds, black sesame or sweet paprika. You can prepare them with seeds that you prefer, like those of pumpkin, or with chopped nuts, as nuts, hazelnuts, almonds or pistachios. The important thing is that any suit or dried fruit you use is first roasted, because it becomes crisper and much more fragrant. The preparation? Five minutes just.

Ingredients for 4 people, about 16 balls of goat cheese:

  • 250 grams of fresh goat cheese
  • a pinch of salt
  • ground black pepper as required
  • black sesame seeds, White, pumpkin or chopped nuts as required
  • sweet pepper as required
  • finely chopped chives just enough

Toast all the seeds you have chosen to hold your balls, mix it with chives and set aside.

Work the goat cheese in a bowl with a spoon with a pinch of salt and a little’ black pepper until the mixture is creamy.

Make balls of cheese with your hands slightly wet and roll them on the seeds and the chives and paprika, place them on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve garnished the dish with a drizzle of chive. Bon appétit!
