Combined with a homemade strawberry compote in 10 minutes, with a really delicious syrup: the simple alternation of these two elements makes this cake really special.

The bowl of frozen yogurt and fresh strawberry compote can be easily prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and garnish at the last moment with a drizzle of fresh strawberries and a strawberry syrup. ICE CREAM YOGURT CUP WITH STRAWBERRY COMPOTE

Ingredients

FOR THE YOGURT CREAM:
250 ml of cream
250 grams of thick Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons granulated sugar (If you like sweeter increased the dose)
a tablespoon of vanilla extract

FOR MADE OF STRAWBERRIES:
250 grams of strawberries
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
some mint leaves
a tablespoon of lemon juice

Procedure

Wash strawberries, remove the stem and cut in half. Put them in a pan with the sugar, lemon juice and fresh mint. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, until you will be fairly dense syrup, then put them in a bowl with their sauce.

Meanwhile, whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract until stiff and then add it to the Greek yogurt, mixing with a motion from top to bottom until the mixture is light and fluffy. Store it in the fridge to set.

Composition of the dish: put on the bottom of the cups (You can use shorts, yogurt cups or glass jars, as Favorites) a spoonful of Strawberry Compote, then rich yogurt cream, yet Strawberry Compote, then cream. End with compost and drizzle with the sauce, decorating the bowl of frozen yogurt with strawberry compote with a fresh strawberry. Bon appétit!

Very good I eat strawberries but at yogurt directly unsupplemented cut what you want…. just me maritozzi allergic to strawberries.
