Festive menu 2015: my proposal is vegetarian

Have a good day! December is here and now (important date because it's also the birthday of my mother) I start to give you a little advice for the Christmas holidays and the public on the first four menus that I prepared for you. This year I decided to offer a vegetarian menu, one based on fish, one based on Meat and one Creative. The logic is: less items than in previous years but the finest, so that we can serve our guests a dinner consistent, made with your hands but like it was prepared in a restaurant. Are easy menu, Although it takes obviously a little’ by organization. Include a Starter, a first, a second course and two desserts: one more rich and greedy and one with fruit, to end the meal with a little’ of lightness. Hi Ada, I'll try to fit in the traditional menu, Since my dear are carnivores, vegetarian dishes like these that I like. Another idea is the use of the soya dehydrated, as a meat sauce, stew or steak and after it soak is used like meat.
