DOSES FOR PIE OF ABOUT 24 CENTIMETERS:
a roll of puff pastry ready (But if you want to make it at home found here the recipe)
a small cauliflower
120 ml of cream (or 60 ml whole milk)
200 grams of soft cheese
grated Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, to taste
pecorino cheese PDO, to taste
Marjoram and Mint, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
smoked cooked ham (Optional)
To prepare the cake rustic cauliflower and soft cheese must first clean the cauliflower, wash it and divide it into peaks. Cut each rope in half and boil the cauliflower in salted water. When the cauliflower is tender, Drain and allow to cool.
Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them with a whisk and add the cream, Parmesan cheese and grated pecorino, the turmeric leaves and chopped Mint. Season with salt and pepper.
