Puff pastry and cheese appetizers

Cheese and dried fruit puff pastry appetizers are super easy to make. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees static. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, Roll out the ready-made puff pastry and cut it into regular squares using a wheel or knife, as you see in VIDEO RECIPE on my YouTube channel.

Soak the dehydrated apricots and blueberries in hot water for about 15 minutes to rehydrate the nuts.

Cut the cheese, In my case, Camembert and Gorgonzola, cubed. Place a piece of cheese on each square of pastry. Put a little fig jam and mixed dried fruit on the squares with the camembert (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, Pistachio). Place half an apricot and a few blueberries on the squares with the gorgonzola.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before removing the appetizers. Serve immediately. Bon appétit!
