I do not recommend cutting the salmon into cubes too small, otherwise the fish in the oven will dry too much and will not be soft and juicy.

Put the salmon in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, Salt, lemon or lime juice and grated fresh ginger. If you like, you can also add a few pieces of fresh chili pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean fresh pineapple, cut it into slices, delete the middle of each slice, which is hard and fibrous. Finally, cut pineapple slices into regular pieces. Once the salmon has flavored, prepare skewers by alternating pieces of pineapple and salmon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with extra virgin olive oil.
