SALAD NIZZARDA - NICOISE SALAD (original French recipe)Print This
- tomatoes, preferably of different types (tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, pachino, camone), just enough
- 2 red onions and fresh onions

- 1 small green pepper
- 4 boiled eggs
- 8 anchovy fillets in oil or salt, well washed

Before you start preparing salad Nicoise, thoroughly wash all vegetables: tomatoes, radishes, pepper, Salad, Basil. Boil the eggs until they become firm.
