PRoasted eperoni in the oven: here's how to roast and peel them without any problem. Roasted peppers are a basic recipe for countless preparations, both traditional and creative. I know that many do not like to prepare roasted peppers, nor skin them. But it is not so difficult. I don't like to do it on the gas using the plate or the pan. To prepare perfect roasted peppers in the oven as on the barbecue, you just have to cook them whole on the oven grill or on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and placed on the bottom of the oven. Cooking should be done at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes (but it depends on the size of the peppers). And you have to turn them around halfway through cooking. When the skin will begin to wrinkle and become blackish in some places, exactly as if they were on the coals, peppers will be ready.
At this point, to be able to skin them with ease, you just have to close them still boiling in frost bags and drill a hole from which to let out the water that will accumulate inside the bag. The steam that forms will ensure that the skin of the peppers is raised and come off naturally and effortlessly. For my part I mix red and yellow peppers. I will test your recipe by adding pine nuts which will bring a little crunch !
