Big cookies, or mega cookies, Halter, with chocolate chips, brown sugar and walnuts. A Supersize taste that are sure to delight the little ones, I don't look forward to have a snack, but also of adults: great for breakfast or tea time, but fit to be crunched even after dinner on the couch. Are very easy to make and will keep well for 4-5 days locked in a tin box.
Ingredients for about 20 cookies:
- 150 grams of flour 00 weak
- 150 grams of dark chocolate drops
- 150 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 50 grams caster sugar
- 50 grams of nuts (net weight)
- 1 egg
- a tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. Go to mixer walnuts and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, to reduce the dried fruit powder. Put in a bowl the flour, salt and baking powder and, in another bowl, Mount butter with an electric mixer, the vanilla and the two types of sugar, by adding – When the mixture is creamy – the egg and continuing to mount. Once you have a soft foamy mass, combine the flour, salt and baking powder and, Finally, walnuts pureed with sugar.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, with a spoon, distribute on the plate of the tablespoons of mixture with a diameter of about 6 cm, then flatten them lightly with the back of the spoon. Bake for 12 minutes, raffreddare e come fare. Potete conservarli per 5-6 days in a latta or in a ben chiusi barattolo.
