Wash and peel the bananas, remove the filamentous parts and make them into pieces. Pour the mixture into molds for ice lollies and store in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

When the ice cubes will be ready, Coarsely chop the dark chocolate, combine the mint syrup Fabbri and blend them all in a water bath up to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Let cool slightly and dip the ends of icicles. Put the ice cubes in a glass and put the can back in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is not solidified.
