Figs and apricots baked, with yogurt and honey

I love summer fruits: apricots, peaches, Plums, figs, meloni, grapes. I could eat without stopping. But the summer fruit is not only delicious to eat it as it is, It is also perfect for preparing desserts that are not always the usual cakes, but light and fresh dessert, where the fruit is the protagonist. Today's recipe is a snap: figs and apricots with honey baked, with dried fruit and greek yogurt. A little dessert, gluten-free, virtually no sugar, Lightweight, where figs and apricots are immersed in their own juice, softened only by a little’ miele millefiori. If you prefer that figs and apricots baked are sweeter, you can replace the greek yogurt vanilla ice cream.   • 4 figs (not too ripe)
  • 8 apricots (not too ripe)
  • 200 grams of greek yogurt cast
  • 60 grams of wildflower honey
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • the juice of an organic lemon or lime
  • fresh mint, just enough
  • dried fruit (nuts, pistachios, almonds), just enough

Preheat oven to 200 degrees static. Carefully wash the figs and apricots. Divide the apricots in half and remove the stones. Halve the figs, without peel (Peel the pear is edible) and punzecchiarli lightly on the skin with a fork.

This cake is very sweet little, let the natural taste space and also the natural acidity of the fruit. If you want to make it sweeter you can mix the greek yogurt a little 'honey or replace the yogurt with vanilla ice cream or vanilla.
