- 4 figs (not too ripe)
- 8 apricots (not too ripe)
- 200 grams of greek yogurt cast
- 60 grams of wildflower honey
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
- the juice of an organic lemon or lime
- fresh mint, just enough
- dried fruit (nuts, pistachios, almonds), just enough
