8 apricots or peaches or plums (not too ripe)
200 grams of greek yogurt cast
60 grams of wildflower honey
a pinch of ground cinnamon
the juice of an organic lemon or lime
fresh mint, to taste
dried fruit (nuts, pistachios, almonds), to taste
Prepare the figs and apricots baked with yogurt and honey is very simple. Preheat oven to 200 degrees static. Carefully wash the figs and apricots. Divide the apricots in half and remove the stones.
