Opened a few weeks ago in Rome's piazza Pasquale Paoli, across the bridge Vittorio Emanuele along the Tiber, a new locale. It's called The Fisherman Burger It belongs to the same owners of the Meat Market, not far. This is a restaurant-fish market where you can buy fresh fish but for lunch and dinner you can also choose the fish you want to eat and have it cook. Press on the opening night the formula is stATA that free menu and I so I could order what I preferred to test the quality of the dishes.

I tried the spaghetti with clams (€ 16) for me the fish cuisine, very good and al dente, with soft, sandy and well not emulsified clams between oil and water and those with lobster, really amazing.

The Fish Burger Barbarossa, with tuna, turnip greens, stracciatella, Tropea onions sundried tomatoes which costs 13 euro is accompanied by Dutch Potato and mixed salad: a big portion, very well seasoned and tasty. Excellent fishburger breaded cod, Crispy Bacon, vegetables and cheese, Perhaps my absolute favorite (13 euros).

All the fish is supplied by the company Sun Fish, based in Sorrento Coast. I enjoyed eating, from fond of fish are pretty hard, but I cannot fault in the mix of American, Mexican and Salento proposed. The quality is high, the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with the type of local. Mid/high mark-ups regarding the wine list. The restaurant is also a cocktail bar where you can have an aperitif by eating seafood treats. To try.
