The room is very small, a room just; very few dishes, only the classic Roman preparations but well executed, nothing country tourism: major raw materials that enhance the typical products of the territory (Verrigni pasta, eggs of Pai, oil of Vetralla , ricotta cheese sourced locally, Bacon Igp) and dishes all very well executed.
