Before starting to prepare the tart with frangipane cream and fresh plums, you have to make the pastry, you can also prepare one day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Prepare the shortcrust pastry following the recipe indicated here, then leave it to stand in a refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for at least an hour. When the dough is well cool, grease and flour the cake tin, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and coat the pan on the bottom and sides. Whip the cream until frangipane to mix everything and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
