Festive menu 2015: my proposal of meat

Good morning, Here is the second of four menus that I propose this year for Christmas. After that vegetarian, Today we take a hand to the carnivores and see if these 5 plates, a Starter, a first, a second and two desserts, I put together trying to create a coherent menu, There's someone that you like and which you might get ideas for Christmas or new year. This time I propose a menu of meat but refined, with an appetizer embellished by the presence of truffles, an early classic but with a twist, a second that both of you will enjoy sweets, very very easy to prepare but choreography.
